Situation

A five-person luxury travel agency organises over 100 trips a year, all tailor-made. Each one was built three times: the quote in a spreadsheet, the proposal in a slide deck (with photos hunted down by hand so it looked the part) and the itinerary, again, in a generic app for the client. A hotel change had to be repeated in all three.

Goal

Design each trip once, and make everything the client sees, from proposal to app, feel like a luxury agency.

What we built

  1. A platform where the trip is built once: the quote, the proposal and the itinerary all come from there.
  2. Proposals with carefully designed layouts and photography, ready to send without laying anything out by hand.
  3. A library of tried-and-tested hotels, activities and routes to reuse on the next trip.
  4. An app with the agency's brand: clients carry their trip day by day, with the route, the map and every booking.

Outcome

Each trip saves over 10 hours, and a new one starts from what's already done. Clients get a proposal that reads like a magazine and, during the trip, keep seeing the agency's brand on their phone.
